Retained Search

Working with us on a retained search gives you full exposure to our attraction methodology process including extensive market mapping, long list and shortlist submissions, and full candidate synopsis, combined with our innovative attraction strategy approach. 

All information is provided over a specific and agreed time scale, with full visibility throughout the search process, and regular honest communication on our findings and market analysis. This approach is ideal for key leadership appointments where clients require a full detailed map of the market including a wide and varied analysis of a range of suitable candidates. 

Contingent Search

The contingent search model we adopt allows clients to work with us on a success-only basis. 

Utilizing many of the traits of a retained search this model provides less visibility and depth to market mapping but still allows clients to receive detailed information on market availability, candidate strengths, and a range of candidate options. 

Communication is still conducted regularly with candidates presented promptly without the specific timelines attached to a retained approach. This model is ideal for less senior management and more abundant technical roles where existing networks can be tapped into.

Known Candidate Search

On occasions, clients may wish to pass us names of candidates they are aware of or who are in their network, but they do not feel comfortable approaching directly or they wish to use an independent 3rd party to approach. In this model, we go to market representing our client and make a confidential and professional approach to establish interest to begin conversations and be considered for an opportunity.
